How do I request a quote or proposal?
Send us a basic description of what you need and, if necessary, we’ll carry out a technical visit to take measurements and inspect existing installations. With this, we’ll prepare a technical proposal.
Do you carry out a technical visit before starting?
Yes, when the service requires it. The visit is to verify the actual condition, identify any constraints and define the most appropriate solution before planning the work.
How is the project and documentation prepared?
Our technical department prepares reports, plans and diagrams, and handles the necessary procedures and legalisation (CIE, RITE, telecommunications) where applicable.
Do you work with specific materials and brands?
We work with approved materials and trusted brands. We offer options based on technical requirements and availability, always prioritising safety, durability and efficiency.
How did you coordinate the different professionals?
If the service requires it (e.g. a full refurbishment), we take on the coordination of electrics, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, networks and home automation so that you have a single point of contact.
What does the setup include?
Final inspection, operational testing and delivery of basic instructions. If applicable, we configure the controls (thermostats, lighting scenes, home automation app) and explain the minimum maintenance.
How do you manage construction waste and old equipment?
We separate and dispose of waste in accordance with regulations. When selling household appliances, we can arrange collection of the old appliance to ensure it is treated properly.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We can establish a preventive maintenance plan (periodic inspections) to ensure the performance and safety of the facilities.
How does incident management work?
